Margaret Ann Pavelko is an American Fulbright School teacher selected by the Fulbright School of Pedagogy. She works in the short term from September 6, 2016. In the United States, Marget graduated with a bachelor's degree. maths and quickly became a math teacher at a public high school. Continuously, she continued her self-study journey and got a master's degree in education management and became a teacher instructor for teachers on curriculum development, class organization and encourage students to participate in lessons. At the Hanoi Pedagogical University 2, Margret is not only a lecturer in English language teaching in high-quality classes but also helps build a positive English learning community in the school. By sharing and exchanging experiences, Margret has inspired faculty and students to learn English.
She holds a bachelor's degree in mathematics from the University of South Florida.
+ She was awarded a master's degree in educational management at Saint Leo University.

- Professional  experience
+ She used to be a math teacher for 7th-grade students at the Renaissance Title I secondary school. During her teaching, Margaret realized that students not only considered mathematics as a subject and considered it a useful tool in life. She focused on developing skills and making the calculation more practical in the lives of students.
+ Along with mastering, Margret moved to Baccalaureate International School. She was working in a multicultural environment, particularly in contact with many Indian students, giving her a better understanding of customs and culture in Asia.
After graduating from the Master's Degree, she moved to Renaissance Title III High School. She became a math teacher from 10th to 12th grade. Working in an environment of 73% Spain, Margret must quickly become accustomed to and adapt to the multicultural environment. During that time, she also added knowledge to teachers in the school about new instruction and curriculum development.
- Teaching at Hanoi Pedagogical University 2:
With the knowledge and experience mentioned above, Margret has quickly integrated into the pedagogical environment. Not only teaching gifted mathematics classes, Margret regularly exchanges teaching experiences with another her colleagues in that field. Continuously, Margret also spent her spare time to participate in the activities of the English club, training students to participate in the speaking contest, seminars science-based training, and development-oriented research for learners, etc.

- Tourism: Although Margret's time in Vietnam was not long, the school has always provided the conditions and funding so that she could visit and travelled and experienced the cultural exploration of Vietnam such as Hanoi Hoan Kiem Lake and Old Quarter, Bac Ninh with historical relics and famous Dong Ho Village, visiting Hoa Lu in Ninh Binh, Ha Long Bay tourism, etc.
